Industrial Container Services, LLC Acquires All of Ennis Drum Service, Inc. Machinery and Equipment
MONTEBELLO, CA - Industrial Container Services, LLC (ICS), America's largest provider of industrial packaging solutions, today launched iconserv.com. The company name, logo and website were designed to reflect its position as the national leader in container supply and management while maintaining its identity as the leader in the local and regional markets it serves.
Industrial Container Services, LLC ("ICS") of Montebello, California announced today that it has acquired all of the manufacturing machinery and equipment and inventory of Ennis Drum Service, Inc., a privately held steel drum reconditioner located in Auburndale, Florida. After 35 years in the reconditioning business Mr. Darrell Ennis, the sole shareholder of Ennis Drum Service and a pioneer of steel drum reconditioning to the citrus industry in Florida, has decided to retire in order to concentrate and strengthen Ennis Containers, Inc. Ennis Container is the leading manufacturer of new steel drum located in Auburndale, Florida.
"Over the years Ennis Drum Service has been well known as an innovator when it comes to machinery and equipment used in the industry. The equipment and machinery purchased will be relocated to other ICS facilities extending their reconditioning abilities", states Mr. Calvin Lee, ICS" Chief Executive Officer and President.
