MONTEBELLO, CA - MONTEBELLO, CA - Industrial Container Services, LLC of Montebello, CA (ICS) announced today that it has completed the sale of its Poly Drum and IBC Reconditioning assets along with Container Resources Corp. (CRC) to National Container Group (NCG), based in Chicago, Illinois. NCG is the largest poly drum, IBC reconditioning, and reverse logistics company in North America, with facilities in Pennsylvania, Ohio, North Carolina, Texas, Chicago, and California.

“As the leading container reconditioner, with 15 facilities nationwide, Industrial Container Services recognizes the importance of focusing on our core activity: steel drum reconditioning. The sale of our IBC and Poly Drum reconditioning assets, along with our CRC division, will allow ICS to provide additional management focus and financial resources to advance our steel drum reconditioning strategy,” states Calvin Lee, President of ICS.
